Administer, supervise, and control hospital infection risk assessments.
Plan and implement IPC activities to comply with hospital standards.
Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) data.
Manage outbreak investigations and develop/review infectious disease protocols aligned with current prevention and control standards.
Provide IPC training to staff and organize educational meetings to promote knowledge exchange and best practices.
Participate in internal quality assurance inspections to ensure readiness for accreditation visits.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing/specialization in Epidemiology a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IPC nursing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Holds a professional nursing and midwifery license.
Completion of specialized training courses in infection control for infectious disease patients.
Ability to work in a team with a service-oriented mindset.
Honest and detail-oriented.
Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
