Responsibilities
  • Administer, supervise, and control hospital infection risk assessments.
  • Plan and implement IPC activities to comply with hospital standards.
  • Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) data.
  • Manage outbreak investigations and develop/review infectious disease protocols aligned with current prevention and control standards.
  • Provide IPC training to staff and organize educational meetings to promote knowledge exchange and best practices.
  • Participate in internal quality assurance inspections to ensure readiness for accreditation visits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing/specialization in Epidemiology a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IPC nursing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Holds a professional nursing and midwifery license.
  • Completion of specialized training courses in infection control for infectious disease patients.
  • Ability to work in a team with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Honest and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
