- Administer, supervise, and control hospital infection risk assessments.
- Plan and implement IPC activities to comply with hospital standards.
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) data.
- Manage outbreak investigations and develop/review infectious disease protocols aligned with current prevention and control standards.
- Provide IPC training to staff and organize educational meetings to promote knowledge exchange and best practices.
- Participate in internal quality assurance inspections to ensure readiness for accreditation visits.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing/specialization in Epidemiology a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IPC nursing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Holds a professional nursing and midwifery license.
- Completion of specialized training courses in infection control for infectious disease patients.
- Ability to work in a team with a service-oriented mindset.
- Honest and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
